Lucien's Birthday

Josie's buddy Lucien had his first birthday at the Children's Museum. Josie has been here twice before, but slept the whole time!

Josie Paints

I was feeling a little badly that Josie hasn't had any expressive art experiences so far in her ten months... But being the adaptable and interested baby that she is, she jumped right into checking out some paint.

She has also been very interested in opening and closing containers so the paints were fun right from the beginning. You can see that she is beginning to clearly communicate her ideas--"Open this Mama!"
